HIIT for me is exactly what I owe my weight loss to. I did this workout 2-5x a week as time permitted and also never experienced a plateau.

My personal method got on the treadmill, yet HIIT could be done on ANY device at the fitness center & also outdoors. Just alternating 2 minutes of easy work, with 1 minute of stamina physical effort for 25 mins!

HIIT for me is what I owe my fat loss to. I did this workout 2-5x a week as time permitted and never experienced a plateau.
