Eating salad to start of your dinners is a very good healthy appetite suppressant and way to help you lose weight. Salads have a great source for the fiber you need without the extra calories.

A great fat loss tip is to not eat before bed. When you eat before bed, it will sit in your stomach and not burn off. Try to spend your evening while doing something productive such as reading a lot at night.
