How to Get Rid of a Double Chin #Shorts

Here's how to get rid of a double chin with a very 
easy exercise that'll help strengthen the muscles   around the jaw and the neck. For this one, we 
need something round and soft. A tennis ball   works perfectly. Take your tennis ball, place 
it right underneath your chin and then, from   there, what we're going to do is press our chin 
into our chest as much as we can. As you do this,   you're going to feel a ton of muscles in the 
neck start to fire. Hold this one comfortably   for five seconds, relax, and then repeat this 
one 10 to 15 times, and with each repetition   try to press down into it just a little bit more. 
This is something that you want to do about two   to three times a day, and if you are building 
soreness, throw some recovery time in there.
